I don’t think you can – you’ll probably need to remove them from the album in iPhoto and resync your phone.

I added such folder but I can’t delete any photos from it, how can it be fixed?

I think it’s ridiculous that apple doesn’t give the functionality on ur phone, I bet they are just keeping it so they making look new and use it a “new” feature on an upgrade or update . With all the bloody technology on the phone they lock ur ability to create stuff like this.

Couldn’t agree more – can’t see how adding folders and moving photos to folders is in any way difficult to implement on an iphone.

iPhoto is only available for Mac I'm afraid. Here's how to add more photo albums to your iPhone on a PC - basically you make a folder on your PC with the images you want in it, and sync to it via iTunes.

I’m using iTunes version 8 – the important thing to note is that the first picture is from iPhoto, not iTunes. You make the Album in iPhoto first, then use iTunes to sync that album to your iPhone.
