The wonderful Sarah (you know, from the homepage) fell in love with the teapots that they use in the Tate Modern Café. Does anyone know where they can be bought? Inside the lid is a try for tea leaves – it doesn’t use bags. We looked in the gallery shop but they don’t sell them… can anyone help? Or nick one and post it over :)

Thanks David. I’ve gotten a few replies on Twitter about this, but I’ve yet to find a retailer in Dublin (or Ireland) that sells them. The hunt continues!

Did anyone find a UK stockist of this teapot?
I’d love one too!

Well we got one eventually – my finacee’s sister was in San Francisco for a week so we had a teapot and brew-in-a-mg delivered to where she was staying. But I think flying to San Fran for a teapot may be a bit muchfor most people! Best of luck in the hunt Elizabeth :)

Tate modern are now selling these as do Heals in london(both available on line I think!). Expect to pay around £16-18 sterling. The organic house also does them on-line but at almost £30 are a complete rip-off! Have a look on their website though for the range of colours…

My company imports the ForLife Stump (and other ranges) into the UK – I believe we have the largest stock and selection in the UK. Have a look at the website for a large selection of colours and alternative ForLife teapots for all occasions.

Teapot is by Forlife, from the stump range http://www.forlifedesign.com/stump.html
