Paddy Tax
“There is no excuse for paying such high prices and getting so little in return. The minutes, the text bundles and the data package are completely inappropriate for Irish people and the massive difference in what Irish and UK and Northern people get for the same price suggests that they’ll throw any old scraps at the stupid Paddys. ”
Pat Phelan quite rightly points out how poor a deal O2 customers are getting when compared to the UK. I’d love to get an iPhone, but seeing as Vodafone were “kind” enough to allow me to buy an N95 off them for the “heavily discounted” price of about €400 in return for signing an 18month contract six months ago, it would actually cost me over €270 just to move from Vodafone, before I even bought the bloody phone! PS Pat’s blog was designed by the charming Sabrina who I met at the Blog Awards.
